If you are a representative or contact person of an organisation that is a customer, partner or supplier of ours, the lawful basis for our processing of personal data about you is a balancing of interests, i.e. the processing is necessary for a purpose relating to our legitimate interest in maintaining and fulfilling our obligations in contractual relations.
