I want to extend the due date?

To extend the due date, you need to contact Klarna on your own via the Klarna app or via Klarna's website. Let them know the reason and if they accept it, they can pause the invoice until the matter is resolved. You can also do this via Klarna's app. Both approaches are completely free.

Do you have Swish?

What is your guarantee?

This means that you as a customer have no burden of proof that it is you who has caused the error during the first year on selected products.

In the case of the 3-year right of complaint, it is precisely you who have the burden of proof that it is not you who has caused the error.

I have a discount code, how do I do it?

How fun! You simply add it to the checkout and you will see that it is deducted.

If it is a campaign with an automated discount, it is automatically deducted at checkout. You should see it too.

Can I add a discount code afterwards?

Unfortunately, we do not have the opportunity to add a discount code afterwards. Discount codes must be redeemed before you complete your order.

Our products

Why is water hose so special?

The water hose is something you have never seen before. Light! Stilish! And expanding. And you want to have it lying in front.

The fact that it is light and short without water makes it extremely practical.

What lengths and colors is the hose in?

They come in the colors black and natural and in three different lengths; 15 m, 25 m and 50 m. (The lengths apply at normal water pressure). Two standard couplings at each end (13 mm 1/2 ") so it fits all accessories, although our designs of course make it complete. :)

Can you use textile hose for the hose reel?

No, then they are destroyed. Textile hoses should hang freely on a hose hanger.

What is the water hose made of?

The hose is made of very durable textile and inside there is a hose in latex.

It can withstand all kinds of weather and wind, but of course it should not be exposed to the scorching sun like any other water hose, even if it has extra protection. The textile cover can be sensitive to sharp stones and wood chips.

Can you have a hose longer than 15 m on the hose reel?

Yes, the hose reel works up to 50 m. Keep in mind, however, that you cannot use a hose reel for textile hoses, however, because then they are destroyed. Textile hoses should hang freely on a hose hanger.

The hose reel we sell comes with a 15 m long PVC hose in black. But as I said, you can use your old one or connect one longer. We also sell hose reel without hose.

Is there an extra coupling hose for the hose reel?

Yes, for the hose reel with hose, a two meter long connecting hose is also included to connect to your tap socket.

Do your connections fit my other irrigation products?

Yes, all our products have sockets and couplings that are standard (1/2 "/ 13 mm) and should fit all traditional irrigation tools.

Do you have gift cards?

Gift cards are very much appreciated. And yes, we are pretty sure the recipient will be happy.

An email will be sent to you immediately after you have clicked home the gift card with a unique discount code that can only be used once.

Can you hang the hose reel on the wall?

The hose reel can be used directly on the ground but also looks good to be mounted on the wall. Two screws included.

Where are your products manufactured?

We have production in Sweden, Spain, China, Bangladesh and India.

How fast can I get my goods?

Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days provided that the product is in stock.

How are my products delivered?

All our products are delivered in custom-made packaging. If you have ordered slightly larger products, they will be delivered to your home, while other products are delivered to postal agents where you can then pick it up with the help of SMS notification and identification.

What are the shipping costs?

For each individual order of products, by Benson charges an individual delivery fee. It is the weight of your order that determines how much the shipping will be and this is clearly stated at checkout.

What happens if I do not pick up my package within 7 days?

If you do not pick up your package at the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have entered the wrong address. An agent provides the package for 7 days, before sending it back to us.

In cases where you do not pick up the ordered package, we charge a fee of SEK 195. The fee refers to shipping and overheads and is deducted from your refund.

Therefore, remember to always pick up your orders within 7 days of your package arriving at the post office.

Is your order delayed?

Under "normal" circumstances, we have full stock. But unfortunately, like many other companies, we have suffered delivery delays due to the effects of the pandemic situation. Some products have therefore been delayed - you see this on every product page and it only applies to a few products.

The situation is strained with these delays. Delivery costs have increased by more than 300% in some places. Add to that increases in raw materials of about 35%. And we do everything to solve this in the best way.

Returns & Complaints

I want to complain, where do I turn?

Are you dissatisfied with your product? Of course, we will do our best to try to solve this. We need you to send in pictures and a description of what you think is wrong with it.

In the event of an approved complaint, we offer the option of a price reduction in the first instance if re-delivery is considered too costly with regard to the nature of the error. In the event that you need to return a defective product to us, we will give you instructions for this and provide a return slip.

How do I return a part of an item?

Unfortunately, you can not return part of an item. The item / set must be intact.

If, for example, you are not satisfied with the length of the hose, we recommend that you buy a pair of couplings and connect an even longer hose.

How long do I have a right to make a complaint?

You always have a three-year right to make a complaint from the day you receive the product. Contact Benson as soon as possible after the error is discovered. In order for the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after you have noticed or should have noticed the error. A complaint made within two months of the error being discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.

I regret my purchase!

In accordance with the Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Outside Business Premises (SFS 2005: 59), you have the right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

If you are a company or other type of legal entity, no right of withdrawal is offered.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, by Benson will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs. However, if you choose to keep certain items and only partially return your order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must send a message via e-mail to by Benson at info@bybenson.com before the withdrawal period has expired.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and you must return the product to by Benson without undue delay and at least no later than 14 days after the day you notified by Benson of your decision to withdraw from the Agreement.
