Shipping policy

 

Delivery takes place within 1-3 working days, provided the product is in stock.
For each individual order of products, by Benson charges an individual delivery fee. It is the weight of your order that determines the shipping cost and this is clearly stated at checkout. If your order is shipped in multiple deliveries, you will not be charged extra. Shipping is only charged once per order.
Many consignments are delivered to a post office where you can then collect it using SMS notification and identification. If you don't collect your parcel from the delivery point, it will be returned to us. The same applies if you have provided the wrong address. An agent will provide the parcel for 7 days before it is returned to us.
If you do not pick up the parcel, we will charge you a fee of 20 €. This fee is for shipping and handling and will be deducted from your refund.

Therefore, always remember to collect your orders within 7 days of your parcel arriving at the post office.
