Customers who are companies or other types of legal entities are not offered a right of withdrawal.
If the Customer withdraws from the Agreement, by Benson will reimburse all payments received from the Customer, including delivery costs. If the Client chooses to keep certain goods and only partially return his order, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
If the Customer wishes to exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer should, before the expiry of the withdrawal period, send a message by e-mail to by Benson at info@bybenson.com.
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The Client shall return the goods to by Benson without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days after the date on which the Client has notified by Benson of his decision to withdraw from the Agreement. The period of withdrawal shall be deemed to have been observed if the Client returns the goods before this fourteen day period has expired.
Customers always have a three-year warranty period from the date of receipt of the product.Customers who wish to claim defects in the product should contact by Benson as soon as possible after the defect is discovered. In order for the complaint to be valid, it must be made within a reasonable time after the Customer noticed or should have noticed the defect. A complaint made within two months of the discovery of the defect is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
If delivered products are defective, by Benson applies the applicable consumer legislation. A Client who is not satisfied with his goods due to obvious material or manufacturing defects, including damages incurred during transport, must inform by Benson as soon as possibleoninfo@bybenson.com
by Benson offers the possibility of a price reduction in the event of a complaint, in the first instance if redelivery is considered too costly in view of the nature of the defect. In the event that the Customer needs to return a defective product to by Benson, by Benson will communicate instructions for this to the Customer and provide a return slip. If by Benson has to refund all or part of the purchase amount, this will be done without undue delay after the complaint has been accepted, but at the latest within 14 days.
