Since my order could not be delivered as announced, I cancelled it in writing via email. Since I did not receive an answer at first, I repeated the cancellation several times.
A few days later, despite my previous cancellation, I received a shipping confirmation. Customer service either did not respond to my subsequent inquiries at all or did not respond until late. Instead of taking into account the cancellation that was announced in good time, I was informed that the order could no longer be stopped and that I should bear additional costs for a return shipment.
It is particularly annoying that the package has been with DPD for over a week, while I am still not receiving a satisfactory answer to my concerns. At the same time, I am asked several times to submit an evaluation, although my case has not yet been resolved.
Mistakes can happen. Dealing with them, however, is crucial. In my case, communication, availability and willingness to solve problems were unfortunately disappointing. That's why I can't recommend the shop at the moment.
